"Dennis tore down what was left of my existing patio following damage caused by Hurricane Ida. The patio was built by my father in 1964, so I was sad to see it go. Dennis replaced it with an aluminum patio in less than a week. He did all the work by himself and cleaned up each day, leaving the area in pristine condition. Knowing how sentimental I was about the space, he surprised me with a wonderful gift--a plaque he made using all of my dad's original materials, including nails! "JLM Remodeling contacted us very quickly after the Big Deal was purchased and came out to the house fairly soon after the initial contact. We went over some possible services that I might want him to provide regarding our home. However, the owner of JLM felt that the value of the Big Deal would only cover gutter cleaning.  It was a while before JLM got back to us to actually clean the gutters and we were not informed in advance when it was going to take place. However, when we returned home one day after work, we saw that the gutters were very clean and JLM did leave a message on our answering machine, indicating that the work was done that day. I was under the impression that he was going to get back with us to talk about our other needs for the house; however, we have not heard back from him. Apparently, there was no further interest on his part.

"Ron Bunton, the owner handled the job on a professional basis.  He tried to cover every detail necessary to complete the job. He frequently consulted with my wife and I over how we wanted certain tasks handled. It is important that the customer know what they want.  Don't expect Capstone to due design work although their suggestions can be very helpful. The job was challenging and sometimes I the customer wasn't prepared with some of the material that I needed to decided on and purchased. When dealing with Capstone, I think it is important to write down and adhere to a schedule of choosing and purchasing those materials that the customer is responsible for.  In our case all fixtures, tile, wood flooring, windows and some doors were to be customer provided. Lack of having them when needed can lead to delays. That being said there weren't very many delays in the doing of this job.

Overall Capstone did an excellent job and a year later we are very happy with the result"
