I read all the great reviews and hired Manuel to refinish my bathroom countertop. He recoated the surface and applied a gloss over it. He told me to wait 48-72 hours before using it. I waited 96 hours to use that bathroom. The application was uneven, there are several areas with...

I would strongly recommend this company! I took my wife to work and by the time I got home, NOLA trees were here and had about 30% of the work done without me being home. They are some of the most polite men, I have ever hired to do a job. I had multiple questions and they answered each one...

We decided to hire this contractor for a bathroom renovation after reading several good reviews about their work. The contractor responded very quickly to our request for a quote, came to our home and gave me a written quote that included the cost of materials. My husband and I decided to get...

I supplied rubbing alcohol and long blade for cutting old caulking. He just wanted to dab a little epoxy on the ends. I had to insist that he remove it, clean it and reset it. He chipped one end when he tried to grind it to remove old compound. Charged me $150.00 for less than an hour. Was not...

Randy met with us initially to discuss our wants, needs, and price. After comparing prices with other companies, we found Signature was in line with other local suppliers/installers. Signature has been in business a long time, with their office/warehouse close by, so we went with them.
...

Allen was wonderful and obviously really knows what he is doing. I thought my garbage disposal needed to be replaced but he found out it was only a faulty switch and easily replaced it. He also hung a heavy mirror on a plaster wall with no cracking or chipping. And he fixed a deadlock that was...

Paige Freeman got back to me promptly to arrange a viewing of my property.
Despite the rain he came out to give me a quote on full yard (jungle) clean up.
I was very happy with his quote compared to another local neighborhood landscaping company trying to charge me 4x as much. ...

10. Not able to withstand this blatant manipulative abuse of a verbal contract anymore, and after you responded to my further objections to the fact that your bid included hanging shutters (as did every bid to paint this house), a $4,500 “mistake” which you blandly dismissed as “doing me a...

Work went exceptionally well. I was very concerned in the initial phase of bidding the work and establishing the scope of the work since the contractor worked on a verbal basis and seemed to be vague of some of the aspects of the work. As an engineer, I sent a long email addressing all my...
