We have been in business for 37 years, we service all makes both residential and commercial. We have a perfect record with the better business bureau. Our main goal is customer satisfaction.we specialize in existing homes, the more challenging the better. We only sell equipment that offers a factory 10 year parts and labor warranty. We also offer maintenance agreements for $110.00 per system. Servicing Greater New Orleans, St. Charles, St. John, St. Bernard & Plaquemines areas. Award wining.

"This company installed my original HVAC system when I first bought my home in the mid 90's. They have serviced my equipment every year since then, and repaired issues in the most cost effective manner. They installed new motors and fans in my existing heating and ac units...they kept my heating unit going for 27 years! . When it was finally time to replace the whole system ,they walked me through the benefits of a heat pump, and basically held my hand while I tried to figure out what the best option was. They came on time to do the installation, clean up and hauled away the old units, made sure I understood how everything worked, and delivered a great product with a great warranty. These guys have taken care of me for years. Highly recommend this local family business."

Gas Leak Repair questions, answered by experts

No, you shouldn't cap a gas pipe with a compression fitting because they aren't designed for gas lines and can pose serious safety risks. Gas pipes require threaded caps that create a secure, leak-proof seal capable of handling gas pressure. Using a compression fitting could lead to dangerous gas leaks—a hazard you definitely want to avoid.

If you suspect a broken gas line in your home, turn the gas off at the mains and call a nearby emergency plumber. Don't attempt to fix it yourself, and don't use anything that could cause a flame or a spark. Your pro has the tools and experience to safely repair the gas line.

Temporarily capping a gas line—for renovations or during travel—doesn’t require a permit. If you plan to remove a gas line and cap it completely, you’ll need to apply and pay for one through your town or city. Depending on your region and its local codes, you may pay between $25 and $100. To avoid a gas leak or other hazards, some cities take the job of permanently adjusting or capping a gas line out of the hands of homeowners. Instead, they require hiring a professional gas plumber.

In most cases, yes, it’s safe to light a gas water heater manually, but you should shut the gas off first, open a window, and let the space air out for about 10 minutes. Modern water heaters shut the gas off entirely if the pilot light goes out, but airing out the area beforehand is good practice and will ensure it’s safe to relight your pilot light manually. Just make sure you turn the gas valve to “pilot” before lighting. If the light keeps going out or won’t light at all, call in a professional.

Yes, professional services typically include venting, gas line installation, and necessary permits.
