horrible job. missed a huge plumbing issue . water lines were never checked in the attic. Right behind the HVAC tubing, was a bowl in the insulation. Catching a water leak from the main galvanized iron pipe water line. There was even a can of flex seal sitting next to it. the entire line is no good. completely rusted and blocked with corrosion. ceiling tiles ruined from this leak and rust in the water .. im so disgusted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

"This complaint was duplicated, we were never called and given information of any issues nor opportunity to examine Said issues. inspection of the attic was limited due to stores items at the time of inspection and noted in the inspection report with pictures."

Frankly, Morrell Inspection Services treated me like family. I initially got in touch with Cary, at around 8pm on a Sunday night. He was able to schedule me for 1pm on Monday! The seller couldn't do Monday, so it was pushed back to 9am Tuesday, but nevertheless, his responsiveness was excellent- within 36 hours of our initial contact, the inspection was complete . During the inspection he was extremely thorough; he even went out of his way to look over things that he wasn't obligated to. Upon completion, he answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and to the fullest extent. The online Inspection Report that he provides is extremely user friendly, and allows you to select which things you would like to address with the seller. I would highly recommend Cary to anyone, and will without a doubt be using him in my future inspection needs. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I hired Morrell for inspection of a home, shed/sunroom, and sewer scope inspection of a home I am in the process of buying. I’m absolutely certain I got more than my money’s worth! I was able to get an appointment with only 24 hours’ notice, and I paid and e-signed for the inspection with a very user-friendly online link that was emailed to me. The inspection itself was extremely thorough, Cary explained the report findings to us, the electronic report was ready within an hour of the end of the inspection, and the photos taken documented everything very well. I feel confident going to an act of sale on my home because Morrell put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
