We had 3 bids, and Josh's was, by far, the most affordable. It took us a while to find the exact carpet I wanted, but Josh jumped through many hoops to get me what I wanted, which I really appreciated. I was put into direct contact with the hardwood installer crew, which made me feel very comfortable. I'm very hands on when it comes to remodeling in my house, especially when my husband puts me in charge of it, and this was a first for me. This company is fairly small, so expect some nuances associated with small companies. However, the positives outweighed the negatives for sure.
