First, the drainage system itself works well and drains the problem water as intended. So that part is Good. Their price was right in the middle of the range, so I'll grade that Fair. The problem is that three months later, I still have big lines of dirt all across my yard because they haven't come back to smooth it out, as promised. I made an idiot mistake and paid them in full when it was installed, and they promised to come back out in 6-8 weeks to smooth out the dirt once it has settled some. That was in August. It's now a week into December, and they still haven't come back. I've been contacting them for a month now, and they keep saying "We'll get you scheduled," and "You're on the list." They're quick to respond and polite, but they have yet to actually take action. I'm beginning to think they're never coming back and I'm going to have to take them to small claims court or something. If you hire them, don't you dare pay them until the job is completely finished.

SCF ServicesMy backyard has been neglected for the past 4 years. I needed imore than a winter clean up. Most of the yard is pavers and the weeds had taken over the entire yard. Also there were trees and flowerbeds to be removed. SCF did a fantastic job. They removed all the weeds, trees and flowerbeds. Then came back to cement the cracks in the pavers and return half the yard back to green grass. They worked hard and were diligent in very thing they did. The yard looks great. I had a limited budget. Sean gave me quality work while staying within my budget, which was very important to me. This was a quick fix for a 4 year long problem. He also gave me tips on how to control the weeds in the grass areas, what to plant in my new beds and said he would follow up with me in a couple of weeks. I would recommend S.C.F Services based on the quality of their work and Sean's knowledge and experience. Thank you.- Kathleen S.

SCF ServicesSean forgot his lawn mower so the yard didn't get cut. He spent so much time on one area on the side of the house that he didn't have time to do any weeding in the beds or shrub trimming. So, at the end of the day, we paid $180 to have the leaves blown and bagged and the yard edged, which was a little disappointing. I have used him before, so I know he's capable of more. However, if I hire him again and this happens, it will be the last time.- Laura M.

PIONEER GUTTERSScheduling difficulties and grossly overpriced. They would not confirm appointment date or time. Workers actually showed up ( I was told by Pioneer gutters ) on a date we did not agree on and I was not home so they did not do the job. Finally, two men show up when they were supposed and did an adequate job using a blower to remove debris from my gutters. We offered to pay in cash, the workers claimed they could not accept cash. I then called the office and she said the workers could absolutely accept cash. It was a headache dealing with this company so I will definitely not be using them again when there are so many others to choose from in my area.- Ashley L.
