"The door had been kicked in by an employee trying to get access without a key.  Door was splintered and unable to be fixed. The doorframe was also an odd size so it required a special cut to be done. John worked with us to get the damaged door removed and measured to be taken to the location to have the new one specially cut since it was not a normal size.  He returned and replaced the door for us.  We were closing this location and the landlord was happy as were we with the job.

He showed me the data he had and sure enough it said that I owed $65.00. Why, would a rep. from your own company tell me this and then turn around and not honor it?!?!? I sure hope that it doesn't take that long to get service the next time, that I need to have something done. What ever happened to customer service?? REALLY DISSSAPPOINTED!!!"
