My toilets, sink, and tub kept getting stopped up n he said he could fix it but I was working from home and could not answer the door so I told him we can schedule a day I am off but he said he could fix from outside so I said ok. By the time he was done, I was on break and at that time I could not really tell if it worked but he said if I have any issues he will come back and take care of it and I have a warranty as well.
