"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

He showed up the very next day and changed it and took the other one and put it outside. All I had to do is pay him. And he was very good company and really enjoyed my visit with him.
