"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

A visual inspection may or may not reveal ceiling joists. Examine the ceiling surface for clues like nails, screws, or small dimples used to attach drywall or plaster to the joists. Look for subtle indentations or ridges indicating a joist beneath the surface. Observe any patterns or symmetrical features in the ceiling that could indicate the presence of underlying structural elements.

Tiny homes may depreciate and be more challenging to sell because of their size, customization, and unique space. If your tiny home is on wheels, depreciation can happen in the same way that cars and RVs do. If your tiny home isn’t structurally sound, the resale value will also be lower. 

Services include ash removal, chimney cleaning, gasket checks, and inspection of cracks or damage.

You might consider demolishing a house if it has a faulty foundation, widespread mold or pest damage, or other significant issues. Older homes with outdated wiring systems or dangerous materials could also be good candidates for demolition. Or, if you’re planning to remodel the entire home, you might find that it’s more cost-effective to tear it all down and start from scratch.
