"Derek responded to my calls when others wouldn't and came out punctually. Over the course of four days he worked to discover a major water leak in our system. Once he realized we had an old, decaying underground system tied in to a newer, exposed pipe system, he worked to cut off the old system by repiping. He also ran new lines to outdoor water faucets that were connected to the old underground system.
Throughout, Derek and his fellow employee were professional and responsive. Highly recommended.

In general, I was pleased with the work and happy to get the warranty. I later discovered that the father of two of the workmen had been my mother's plumber many years ago! They have a long history in the city, which is reassuring."
