He set up an appointment to come to my location based on my availability. He was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable about the services needed. He only provided necessary recommendations and did not try to sell services not needed. His estimate was fair and below previous estimates received. I plan to use his services for my project."

Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. "I filled out a ticket , and they call within 24 hours. They scheduled someone to come do the work. It is really easy to get a hold of this company over the phone. I pay 75 service fee each time they come out, and a $40 a month. If any of the appliances break down and they cannot fix them, they will replace them for free. I use them for my rental properties as well."
