"they claimed that the gutter was cleaned, we did face time the next day and showed him how they are not clean, he kept on insisting that they for cleaned and said if you do not want to pay you do not have to. according to him they do not use water, they take the gutter guard off, clean the gutter and place the guard back, clearly this was a scam. there is no way that you can take the guard off, clean the gutter and the leaves and branches are still on the guard (magic)"
