They immediately worked with my schedule. They kept in contact to make sure that the job was finished as soon as possible. Mr. Steven August and his son, Steven Jr. arrived exactly as they said, and even managed to take care of a few other tasks in preparation of bad weather the next day. "Doug Doucet came to repair our gutters. We trusted him to give us good service and a fair price. He did not clean out the gutters, they were still packed with leaves and debris after he left. After paying him $800, we then had to pay a carpenter to complete the work that he did not do. He also spent more time trying to repair one of the box miters instead of just putting a new one. It looked horrible! We had to get a carpenter to take it off and put a new one on, again having to pay him for what Doug should have done. AND, when we called him to tell him he should have put a new box miter, he said he didn't have one with him, but he could come back and charge us another $50!!!!!!"
