"Hired Marvin and his crew to replace 5 large and odd sized windows in my house. He removed the old windows that were mortared into the brick walls of my home with little to almost zero debris collecting in my home. Installed the new Windows and sealed them really well. The windows look amazing and am very happy with the work. Good communication on the project progress also. Will definitely be hiring him again to handle other repairs I need done around my home."

Patio Covers questions, answered by experts

The cheapest material for covering a tennis court is rubber or clay. Rubber needs to be installed over a concrete or asphalt base, however, which can make the project more expensive up-front (but cheaper to resurface over time). Clay courts are among the most affordable, but they aren’t the best to play on and require a lot of maintenance.

Yes, you can install an awning yourself, and it can be an excellent DIY project with immediate benefits. This is most feasible for smaller, pre-assembled units. However, awnings are often heavy and awkward for one person to handle, so you should always have at least one helper. If you have difficulty lifting heavy objects, professional installation is recommended to ensure proper mounting and durability.

Durable materials suited for climate include aluminum for coastal areas or composite wood in varying environments for durability and minimal upkeep.

Fabric awnings provide shade, reduce energy costs, and enhance outdoor aesthetics.

A covered deck can be a good investment that increases your home value—especially if you live in a hot region with a lot of sun. A covering over the deck means you can get more use out of it, even on the hottest summer days. With a permanent deck covering, you can even add ceiling fans to help cool down your deck for added comfort.
