"My appointment was at 12:00 noon and Heather their receptionist called me at 11:00A.M. to let me know they had a plumbing emergency with the appointment before mine. I told her i completely understood and she kept me informed every 30 minutes. The plumbers arrived 5 minutes after she called to tell me they were on the way. As soon as they got here they diagnosed the problem with my outdoor faucet that was leaking a lot and gave me a quote. It was a very fair price so i told them to change out my other two faucets because all of them were old. When they gave me the invoice for all 3 faucets it was the same price they had quoted for just the one faucet i had called them about. I cannot recall any company ever treating me so well and fairly. It was way more than fair! The company was great on every level from Heather keeping me updated and the work the plumbers did to their total charge for the work they did! I will refer them to anyone i know who needs plumbing services! Happy customer!"

IS DEFINITELY A HIRE I recommend J&J for your plumbing fixes and installs Mr Josh gave me an affordable estimate I accepted he showed up on time for my scheduled install I had to work that day was removing my fear of gas switched out my gas for electric even went above and beyond and appointed me an electrician who he touched basis with to install the wiring I needed to make sure my job was completed cleaned up as he went and BAM !!! less then 3 hours tops I was up and running super excited and super satisfied, J& Junior is definitely who me my friends and family will be calling on for any of our plumbing needs, THANKS JOSH !"

Howard was on time and finished in no time. Price was very reasonable, he picked up all trash left over, very professional and knowledgeable, answered all questions and was very careful not to track any debris up the stairs. "The man was professional and did a good job. He had to change 2-40 year old water supply valves which supplied water to toilets. These valves last a long time but when they get this old and you have to shut the valve to replace a supply line to toilet, then open back up, they tend to leak. Figured best to change them out. He came that very same day we called and did a great job. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend, would not hesitate to hire him again if need arises."
