"I called him and told him I was having problems with my A/C. He came right away told me what my problem was. He was very informative about my options on what needed to be done. He changed out my whole unit the next day. I couldn’t have asked for better work to be done or customer service, and very affordable. He will be the only one I use for my A/C needs from now on. "I had an old floor furnace (40+yrs) that the pilot was working -but it would not ignite. You had to be skinny to get under the house. He did a great job. It was a wiring glitch-where an animal had gotten under the house and pulled a connector out. Reasoanlbe prices."

"Mr. Hawthorne came out himself on a Sunday and did the job. He didn't charge me any different rate because it was the weekend. He was so kind and very reasonably priced. He explained everything to me that he was doing and even fixed another part that was bad and didn't charge me extra. I would recommend him to anyone I know. He will always have my business in the future"

"I am very pleased. He told me and show me the problem was. He is polite and fixed my AC in the morning that didn't take too long. I have no problem at all he told me all the details what needed to get done. I highly recommend him as he is very respectful and after the work he gave me a call to make sure that the AC is working."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
