They were prompt, polite, knowledgeable, showed concern, easy to talk to, Explained everything very well, provided excellent advice. This is an honest review. "Over all it was OK. I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening. The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house. I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning. Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
