"Texted them several times, after they responded to my initial submission, with no response. So resubmitted the project to Angi and they responded again. They did send someone out to check out my retaining wall project. The person followed me around while listening to my explanation of the project. He took no measurements, asked no questions but said he would be in contact. Nothing but crickets!!!!"

They were to start the following week but I actually made a change that delayed things and then we had a little rain. "After setting an appointment for peicing wct waited over a month for the appointment only to get a text less than 24 hours before the set time saying it would need recheduling. Was told he would contact me in a Day or two to rechedule. I reitterated how dire the itutoon was but never heard from them again. Just left us wondering and wasted 5 weeks inthe process. Our home is in jeopardy of complete failure. Doors windows, plumbing and electrical are sustining more damage by the day. Th reason given for the "rescheduling" was "they had storms the day before the appointment, but the stronger storms were here by far. Houma didnt get nearly what we did, and wasnt close."
