He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. I would highly recommend King's Mitagators for any level of work you may need. They will always be my first call going forward for future work. Thanks Sam & Chris! "Bob did an excellent job. The job was complicated by a decorative wood wrap of the porch. Bob was able to remove the decorative and replace with an easwy to maintain pvc 3/4 round trim piece. Bob showed up on time and completed the job on budget exceeding our expecations. I highly recommend BD Remodeling & Handyman services and will reach out to work with Bob in the future!"

Removed and replaced toilet. They tore my drywall up and said no on drywall to fix it. And it leaked! Had to get friend to fix leak and drywall!"

He showed up when he said he would and was efficient, meticulous and quick in getting the jobs complete. He never ask for payment until job was finished and even then, he done a walk through. During the walk through he was thorough in finishing last minute tasks even changing light bulbs for us! We will definitely use Jason again!"
