"Sam called to let us know they could come earlier in the day than had been scheduled if that worked out okay for us; it was fine. Sam and Daniel were so pleasant and hard working, and our carpets and upholstered furniture look like new. I will call them again for our next cleaning. "The staff were pleasant and went about their work diligently. The price was also quite reasonable for upholstery cleaning and carpet cleaning. However, I was distressed to see a lot of debris on the carpets on the next day. The carpets were also very stiff. I had to vacuum them twice to make sure to get up the debris and soften them up."
