As long as you Supply and Pay for all the materials as needed, then there are no up charges on my end and you just pay me for Labor when I am done, unless its drawn out, then we can work something out. I'm there to provide you a service with Consulting with your design, Materials as needed and Desired Time Frame to meet your schedule and mine.
