I have multiple years experience in home organization and housekeeping, I can provide services on a flexible but reasonable schedule. I take great pride in my work ethic, and I complete every job/task I start. I was taught at a very young age that, when you are cleaning for others doesn’t matter who, you clean as though your cleaning for your grandmother/mother or anyone who great meaning to you was coming to visit your own home. And you as my future clients/costumers, can rest assured that you will be be put right there and I will aim to make your home/space as clean, comforting, and relaxing as I possibly can for you. After all a clean home is a happy home and a happy home creates comfort for us all. I thoroughly look forward to meeting you as my new clients/customers and hope to be able to make you happy with my work.\nAlso, I have 2 specific rules. 1 be honest on condition of home,2 be kind

"The tech was great and didn't treat us like a bunch of dumb kids who don't know anything about a furnace (which we are ). Wonderful communication between us and the company their receptionist (?) Called to update us on the time becuase the tech was running a little late from another job and was super nice overall."

"When I requested a quote, Terry Callihan gave me a call immediately! The very next day, I was given an estimate. To get an estimate, one needs to pay $59 to compensate for the professionals' time and expertise. It is very worth it. They took their time and explored what needed to be done and gave me honest and straight answers. They explained things so I could understand them and gave me multiple options to solve my issue. I ended up choosing to get a new furnace. I had been told by several other people that the one I had was dangerous. Their professionals confirmed this advice. After discussing with my fiance, we decided not to gamble with our lives by using a bad furnace. So, I let them know my choice and we selected a furnace. Then they sent a crew out the next day to do the work. All of the gentlemen who came to my house were prompt, polite, and professional. They replaced my furnace quickly and beautifully. I'm very pleased. Thank you."

Heating and Air Conditioning questions, answered by experts

No, you don’t need a ductless unit in every room. Ductless AC units don't work the way that window units do, where the air doesn't travel outside that room. The indoor air handlers all attach to the outdoor condenser. While the air doesn't travel the way that traditional ductwork would, the ductless AC units create zones so that one part of the home can be cooler than another. They can spread effectively enough that indoor units only need to be placed in main living areas.

It depends on the type of AC unit and the extent of the mold growth. For example, if you have a small amount of mold in your central air conditioner, it’s worth cleaning it to protect your HVAC system and your health. In situations like these, you can often remove the mold yourself in a couple of hours. On the other hand, if you have a portable AC unit with a severe mold problem, it makes more sense to buy a new one. On average, replacing a portable AC unit costs $100 to $500.

Most units are designed only to cool the house down to 20 degrees less than the temperature outside. This means that if it’s 99 degrees Fahrenheit out and you’re trying to cool your home down to 65 degrees, you’ll notice your AC is struggling.

Lower the blinds on all your windows, turn on your ceiling fans, and keep the thermostat at a consistent temperature to help your AC do its job. Investing in an HVAC maintenance plan also helps because pros will come out to inspect and tune up your unit regularly, keeping it in optimal working condition.

A few drips here and there should not be cause for concern, but if your unit is leaking a large amount of water, then it’s advised that you stop using it until the problem is identified and a solution is determined. The more you use it during a leak, the more issues it will cause.

For washable or electrostatic air conditioner filters, you can soak and rinse them with water. If you rinse the filter with water, make sure to use a faucet, shower head, or garden hose with a gentle water pressure setting, as strong water pressure could damage the filter.

But for disposable filters, water could ruin the filter, even allowing mold to grow in the filter. Instead, these filters should be replaced.
