"Horrible experience. Botched job!! Day one after construction I asked someone to please come look at the job!! Steve blew me off until time to collect final payment. Then tried to tell me it was acceptable job. After two attempts to fix some of the issues. We felt defeated. Then Don Harr called , ask about how it went. He immediately came out to look, after looking the problem was reveled, First, the OSB board was installed wrong, which made everything not line up correctly. He also stated that he had recommended another installer to do our job, He admitting to the fact that Steve was too busy and changed what he had proposed for our job. At that point we threw our hand up ?? What were we to do tear it all off and start over ??? I was lead to believe that Steve was in charge, latter found out we should have called Don from day one. Don was the only truthful one if the bunch!! Even the Window and Gutter installer’s called Steve about the job after they saw the condition ."

Technically, yes, there are lawn “paints” that you can use to dye your lawn to a greener color, often made out of nontoxic biodegradable materials. This is a potential band-aid to your problem, but it rarely has perfect results. First, yellowed grass is usually frail and lacks the springiness of healthy grass, so your lawn may still look unhealthy no matter the color. Second, lawn paints only work for the short term, and wash away after a couple of months (depending on your climate).

You can hide wallpaper seams when painting by applying joint compound over them and then sanding thoroughly until smooth. You’ll want to apply two layers of compound, allowing for four to eight hours between coats. Do a light sanding between coats and then after the final coat is dry. Once the compound dries completely, you can begin priming and painting the wall.

You can paint over existing wallpaper if you select wallpaper that is designed to be paintable. This type of paper is meant to add texture to walls. Alternatively, if you have old wallpaper you’d like to cover up, you can often paint over that instead of removing it. However, it needs to be smooth, damage-free, and non-textured. Otherwise, any bumps, tears, and texture will show through the paint.

Unlike staining concrete, painting concrete often results in chips and peeling over time. You can expect numerous touchups over the years if the concrete is in a high-traffic area. Since concrete paints are opaque, you may also find it more difficult to get the exact color results you want.
