Emergency services offered

"His price was reasonable. He was prompt in keeping his word to start. I do believe after digging a ditch he should have packed down the dirt. The finished product looked pretty good. However I did not see the pipe actually being installed. I don't know if he put down gravel and wrapping or not. He just threw grass seed on the ground. A few days after he finished it rained really hard and washed out much of the dirt leaving some of the pipe exposed. Okay for the price. RJB"
