"Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."

"Mr Seavers and his crew were fantastic. They were friendly and professional. Mr Seavers showed me other work he'd completed and did an awesome job. The job was completed in 1 day and wasn't rushed. He redid everything the previous people screwed up and now my deck and gazebo are safe to use. Seavers Quality was a godsend for me and I will be recommending his company to anyone who want expertise and Quality workmanship."
