We got three estimates, and not only was James McGuire the lowest estimate, he was the most thorough in explaining the procedure and how the cleaner continues to work on killing the algae, moss, and molds. The roof is washed of the dead spores as it rains, and the roof will look like new. "Evan and his helper did a great job on cleaning out the gutters and downspouts on my home ( there was vegetation visibly growing in the gutters) including pipes that run under the yard and sidewalk to the street. Unfortunately, a piece of debris cracked a window pane under the gutter. They had a glass guy at my home before they left, took measurements and promptly replaced the cracked pane. At no charge to me. These guys are pros, I highly recommend them. Plan to have them come back out and have windows clean. A++"

"Crew was very young but worked hard to get the job done to the best of their ability. They were not equipped with the proper tools to remove the metal gutter guards which I would would have preferred, and after borrowing a screwdriver were unable to do so, leaving them in place. They were, however, able to sufficiently clean the gutters snd downspouts, but were not able to straighten out the wire mesh to lay flat after cleaning. They had to go over several areas of mold on the foundation concrete that were pointed out by my wife as they were packing up to leave but willingly did so to her satisfaction. Also, there was a fair bit of debris left behind that needed to be cleaned up after they left. The men were very courteous and polite, but lacked experience and needed some supervision. They estimated the job to take 1 1/2 hours, but actually it took 3 1/2 including the re-washing parts. Overall it turned out ok."

They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, and even used the leaf blower to clean up around my house, leaving it looking better than when they found it. Would recommend to anyone."
