At the start of the project, we worked directly with Chris, the owner, and he was great—quick to respond, gave us a fair price, and explained everything clearly. He laid out the process in a way that made sense and didn’t drag things out. We always knew what to expect, and he gave us a few pricing options so my husband and I could make the best decision for us. When it came time to sign the contract, Chris and Jesse sat down with us and walked through every detail. They were so easy to work with and made sure we were all aligned before moving forward. The selection process was super smooth—the whole team helped guide us through it, and they made it easy for us to make choices without feeling overwhelmed. Once things got rolling, the project moved fast. Our site manager, Brandon, was amazing. He gave us true white glove service—always professional, incredibly detail-oriented, and consistently went above and beyond. "During the estimate, we were advised the work would not be a problem but it ultimately proved to be an issue for Richard. They were quick & efficient at busting up old blacktop to construct new patio. However, he decided to have concrete delivered on one of the hottest days of the summer which caused the concrete to set too quickly. We're left with a bigger mess than what we started with. Not only is our new patio a complete waste, but we've had to pressure wash our house to try and remove the concrete that was slopped all over the siding (some of which was just replaced). Richard's team left our backyard in shambles...covered in tools, garbage, and two large piles of wasted concrete that rendered my driveway useless for over a month. We were told he would stop by to at least clean up his mess, but he only stopped by to pick up his tools. My husband/cousin had to bust up the concrete piles with sledgehammers. Richard was apologetic at first and seemed eager to make it right. However, two months later and he's made no attempt to correct his poor work. We have to get someone else to come in and bust up his bad pour and start from scratch. Lots of energy, time, and money wasted. We do not recommend at all."
