"Nate did a great job remodeling our bathroom and our dining and living room. Replacing floors with vinyl planks and replacing drywall. Building a new shower from scratch and completely replacing existing bathroom. I would highly recommend him."

"Found Sentri on Angi. Jeanette and Violet were very pleasant and efficient in getting a contractor to me in the time frame needed. The contractor was excellent and the roof looks great! I would definitely work with them again if I had additional projects."

"They did a fantastic job! They put painters tarp down on all the floors to keep everything clean. The installers were meticulous and hauled away all debris. Leigh designed a beautiful full bath remodel that no one else could do. Her vision helped make our bathroom a reality! I would highly recommend and would use again."

"They take the time to do it right. I had a bunch of small projects from installing ceiling fans, to dishwashers, fixing and building gates, replacing deck posts, caulking, excavating work and much more. They really can do it all. They are also honest which I appreciate. If they do something and it isnâ t up to your standards or there was a misunderstanding, they fix it. That is something that most contractors I come across so not do. I will definitely have more projects for this group in the future. Thank you all for doing such a great job!"

"Very hard working men that really care about their work. They underbid the job they performed and were going to have to eat some materials which would result in them not making any money but after seeing their effort and dedication plus the fact that they are working for a non-profit I felt it was well worth paying the extra cost for the materials and their labor because of the job that they did. Hopefully this will develop a relationship that will satisfy my landscaping needs for the future. I would recommend them and their work and I will definitely be using them for future jobs."

Stucco questions, answered by experts

Failing to repair damaged stucco can lead to significant problems. Cracks can grow and deepen, allowing water and moisture to get behind the stucco. This moisture intrusion can cause water damage, structural issues, and mold or mildew growth. Delaying repairs will likely cost more in the long run as the damage worsens, so it's best to repair your stucco as soon as you notice any signs of damage, such as cracks, holes, or discoloration.

Cracks in the chimney can be very serious, depending on their location and size. Even small cracks can become serious over time if left unrepaired. Cracks allow heat and moisture to deteriorate your chimney and harmful carbon monoxide gas to seep into your home. Small cracks can often be caulked, while large cracked sections may require full replacement.

One of the most significant downsides to stucco is the installation cost, which is higher than that of many other siding options because getting it to look clean and professional is a labor-intensive process. Stucco can also absorb water, making it an unsuitable option for siding in areas that see excessive rainfall. Finally, stucco can crack and chip, especially in extreme weather, and repairs are not only challenging and require help from a professional who does stucco, but can get expensive.

Costs range from $500 to $2,000, depending on the damage size and texture matching.

To repair damaged exterior stucco, you’ll first remove all loose and crumbling material from the damaged area. You then need to thoroughly clean the area and dampen it to ensure proper bonding. After that, you’ll apply a bonding agent to the repair area, then apply new stucco in layers, allowing for curing time between each layer. The final coat should be textured to match the surrounding stucco pattern as closely as possible. Once fully cured, the repaired area can be painted to match the rest of the wall if needed.
