"The crew (Lewis White, Chris Jones, Harold Harris, and Derel Davis) where absolute professionals. They had to endure quite unpleasant conditions to get the job done. They were courteous and expedient in the process and they ensured that they cleaned up all messes before they left. We so appreciate their work ethic."

"This company is worth every penny. They were kind and professional from the moment they stepped in the door. The leader of the crew was able to explain the issues that i had in my crawl space in depth and more importantly in terms I could understand. I usually do not hire companies I haven t already used in the past but thanks to my friends recommendation I stepped out of my comfort zone and am very thankful for it! Great company, great people, highly recommend."

"Work went well. Crew arrived when scheduled and on time. Seemed very professional, friendly, and conscientious. They showed me what they were doing and how the piers would be installed. I gathered 5 quotes for the job and they were the most professional/competitive of everyone I spoke with and I was not disappointed. Only minor complaint would be that it seemed the grading on the back fill was left a bit high. I was told it would settle, but I doubt it will settle that much. Not a big deal--I would still highly recommend them."

"It went excellent. It was like a third of the price of what the dealer wanted. I had broken a door handle. He came to my house to do the work. He calls you before he shows up. I would absolutely recommend him. I have used him before as well, and he is an amazing/honest guy. He is one of those rare people who does what he says he is going to do. He is a road scholar. He is the first one I call when I have a project around the house."

"Ben and his team were great to work with. Very honest and stand up individual. Did a great job and professional group of guys. Honesty and credibility are very important to me and this company represents both completely. Fair pricing and great work. This will be the company I hire again to seal or do any additional paving work. Will recommend to everyone."

Concrete Leveling questions, answered by experts

Most projects take 1-3 hours, with immediate usability after completion.

It’s best not to perform mudjacking in the winter unless the ground temperature remains above freezing. Freezing temperatures can cause the slurry to harden too quickly, compromising its strength and longevity. Concrete is also more susceptible to cracking and splitting in cold temperatures, so there’s a higher risk of damaging the slab during the drilling and lifting process in winter.

On average, a mudjacking repair lasts between five and 10 years, though it can sometimes last for well beyond a decade under ideal conditions. Its longevity depends heavily on several factors, including the condition of the underlying soil, environmental conditions like freeze/thaw cycles and erosion, and whether the root cause of the sinking, such as drainage issues, is resolved. Because it doesn't always fix the underlying problem of loose soil, mudjacking is often considered a temporary solution. Proper maintenance and evaluation can help extend its lifespan.

The polyurethane used for polyjacking will expand and cure in 15 to 30 minutes. After that point, your slab will be safe to walk on and even drive on in the case of a sidewalk or concrete driveway. Double-check with your concrete lifting specialist to confirm a curing timeline, as products can differ.

Yes, you can mudjack cracked concrete, but the cracks will need to be repaired once the concrete has been leveled. If the concrete is severely cracked in multiple places, replacement may be a better option, but for less severe cracking, mudjacking is a good solution as long as cracks are correctly caulked and sealed.
