61 Jerry is a very nice guy. He seems to really like what he does, but the quality of the work is where things go down hill. The job was supposed to take 4 to 5 days. He and his guys (both are son in-laws from what I recall) would show up on time but always be in a hurry to leave by 2 or 3pm....

When Mark came out, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. His coworker, Domeigo (I am unsure how to spell his name) was also fantastic. You could tell the two men had a great work relationship. He was dedicated, friendly, and detailed as well. This company goes above and beyond to make your floors look amazing! I did not expect my floors to turn out so well! Yet they turned out so beautiful! I could not be happier! I am so happy to have this 1 piece of my home completed. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs. Lastly, I highly appreciate their communication. Everyone involved kept me posted, explained the process, and communicated about every step.
