"Called and got a call back and service same day, on time, went over quote, fixed item, cleaned up mess, courteous . Of course a little pricey for clogged drain but it was my fault & I understand that ;) would definitely recommend & use again."

"Dalton from Dauenhaur plumbing was excellent. Customer service interactions were great. Overall good experience at a good price (in my opinion)."

"We needed to check our water heater for leaks prior to closing the sale of our house.Joe Lay were out installing a new water heater and expansion tank the next day. The technician explained how all the components were supposed to work before checking everything so we both knew we needed a new tank as well. Outstanding, professional company. Billy was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional the entire time in our home. We would highly recommend Joe Lay and Sons for any plumbing needs."

"Very qualified but no discounts for elderly or miltary. Cost was high for the work that was completed. $400 to clean a drain. Your chose. We were close to Easter and hosting family gave us no choose but to accept the cost. Being a retired military in our 80's made this hard to accept, but again no time to shop around"

"I had a great experience with True Flow. Jared and Jeremy explained everything in detail that needed to be done and completely fixed it right away. I would highly recommend them to others."

"ALAN, THE SCHEDULER, CALLED AHEAD OF TIME TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT, AND CALLED AGAIN TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PLUMBER HAD ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED. THE PLUMBER WAS PROFESSIONAL, AND CLEANED UP AFTER HE MADE THE REPAIR."

"the service was great. my guy was very knowlegeble. Gave good advice. Went straight to work and completed in great time. No chit chatting around, just straight to work. I'm a busy person ,so I appreciated that. great price for what I needed done. He snaked out sewer drain in basement."

"The pro was friendly and professional. He was able to spot the problem quickly with minimal damage for 2nd floor bathroom pipe. Fixed and went extra mile and corrected a diy fix from previous homeowner to a professionals standard. Also verified pipes were free of buildup with new valves beyond this homeowners previous interaction with other plumber visits. Saving this homeowner a costly expense. Cleaned. Up his work area well, Great with my dogs and also was able to answer other questions about pressure valves honestly for future work. An excellent experience"

"Brandon was prompt, efficient, and straightforward with his service and advice. He quickly fixed the issue and cleaned up the area in question after. He spent time after to tell us the source of the problem and recommended both short and long term solutions to the problem, should they arise again. He recommended preventative care for our plumbing system. He's awesome and I would definitely recommend him and will use his services in the future."
