"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We have been maintenance (once a year check on the A/C and once a year check on the furnace) customers for years spending about $200 a year for that service and have always been happy with the service. Our A/C appointment is normally in August however, knowing it is an older unit I called in May and asked if they would go ahead and come out. I was told there was no need and they would call to schedule in August. Well last night the unit went out. Don’t know if the service appointment would have prevented it or not. Called at 8 AM this morning (Wednesday) and was told they could come out Monday afternoon. I feel like 6 days was a little ridiculous even thought I understand it is hot out and I’m sure they are busy so she took my name and left a message for the service manager. I called back at 11:30 and left a second message. At 2 he finally called me back and while he was apologetic he also told me Monday or I could pay the emergency rate $98 for the first half hour and have them come out late Friday or early Saturday (still 3-4 days away). I am giving them a C because up until now we have been happy with their maintenance (and even recommended them to friend) but I question what is the point of being a maintenance member or “preferred” customer if you can’t get them to come out within a day or two when you need them. Will be looking at one of the other providers that value the loyal customers."

"They were great.  They were overwhelmed by the response to their Angie's list promotion and called the day they were scheduled to come to work out a chance to see what was needed so that they could come back and do the work.  They came back and did over and about what was required.
I know they were stressed because of all of the responses to the promotion.  They want to make all of their customers happy and were truly sorry that their schedule became unmanageable for a few days.   They did everything in their power to make it right. I will use them again.
