"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install We hired Covenant to install a porcelain tile in our bathroom and kitchen. He also assisted in the choosing of grout and tile selection and we are very pleased with the outcome. He was very professional and helpful and also used his contractors discount to purchase the materials for us. We are looking forward to hiring him in the summer to do a deck installation which I have seen pictures of his work and had an opportunity to get a reference from. This guy is awesome. Composite Deck - Build or Replace I was referred to Covenant Contracting Services by my sister in law who had some work done on her house. They recently built a deck for my home and was very professional with their service. We were very impressed by his attention to detail and the need to consult us before doing something. We truly did work together to build the deck to my specifications. I am very glad we choose them for this project which was completed just in time for Memorial Day. "Over a period of approximately 3 weeks, water-damaged, drop ceiling tiles, drywall/insulation and carpeting was removed from a basement bedroom following a leak in a water pipe in the ceiling. They treated the studs to remove mold and left a dehumidifier/ large fans to dry out the studs and floor. 
Installed new insulation and drywall, new ceiling tiles, then painted entire room. Carpet was re-installed in the bedroom and stairwell so carpet would match throughout.
The work performed was excellent and personnel were courteous. Besides having some issues with the personnel arriving when scheduled to arrive, we were very satisfied with the whole experience.
