First, it's possible that your door hinge pin was designed not to be removable for security purposes. If this is the case, the pin is either encased within the barrel or secured using rivets. Misaligned doors grind onto the frame, which makes them harder to move around. If the doors are aligned, ensure the rollers are clean and the tracks are straight and free from obstructions.
