Best deck maintenance specialists near California, KY

"Deck Renewal Systems delivered a beautiful, quality deck for our home! We are pleased with the outcome. The team was responsive, helped us to select a great material, was able to leverage existing framing (saved us money) and ensured the new deck was reinforced with updated support posts. They even flexed to accommodate our last minute decision to add a patio with another vendor so that the deck and patio worked together. The team was hard working and a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend if you're looking to add a beautiful deck to your home!"

"I recently hired Tri State Complete Home Repair to install a step and hand rail to my sister's home for easier access. Tri State Complete Home Repair responded right away and within 24 hours of my search! Tim listened to my concerns and came up with a solution that works very well. So well in fact that I had them come to my house the next day and install hand rails at the entrance of my home. The workmanship was great and Jim, the carpenter was wonderful! He listened to our concerns, came up with a plan and made it work! The job he did was sturdy and very secure. The job site was totally cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Tri State Complete Home Repair and will be sure to use them again when I need additional work done."

"Adam and his crew did great work; I'm glad I stopped doing this work myself and hired a pro. They responded quickly to questions and provided helpful advice on my options in terms of changing the color. They also suggested cleaning my concrete driveway and walkway as a separate line item in the quote. It was a soft suggestion and one that I was thrilled that they made. My driveway and walkway look substantially better and the price seemed reasonable for the deck and the driveway cleaning. I definitely recommend Tri-State Deck Cleaning."

"The price was very reasonable. The crew showed up when they said they would be there. They were professional while on site. They paid attention to detail. This was a 10 year old deck. All of the wood that had grayed due to years of weathering looked fresh again including all the railing spindles. I would definitely recommend Queen City Pressure washing for deck maintenance."

"EXCELLENT! I've use Steve's services before to do some yard work, so when I saw his company listed for gutter cleaning, I stopped looking! I sent an email on the weekend describing what I wanted to have done. He called me the following Monday with an estimate. My house is old & very tall, so the estimate was very, very reasonable. When I made my initial contact with Steve it was in February, too early to have this work done. I told Steve to schedule at his convenience & let me know before doing the work. He did exactly that. He called me at work, wanted to do the job that day because it was going to rain the next day. I gave him the go ahead. when I came home from work (about 6pm) he was just finishing up. He & his associate did a fabulous job & carefully cleaned up & took away the 'gutter gunk' Thanks Steve!"

"He is an outstanding carpenter. If there was an A plus for price and punctuality he would get it."
