He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. We are Silverlake Construction & Renovation, Inc. have strived hard to give our customers the best quality of work and the best pricing available, as the owners /operators we are always on every job site, this is very important for us, being hand on assures our customer that the job is being completed to its fullest. We have 5 years on the market, doing a lot of services with high level of quality (painting, drywall, sodding and soffit, kitchen and bathroom renovations, additions & remodeling, decks, flooring, porches and patio ,driveways)

"This was a 440 square foot addition with a 240 square foot deck; Jorge finished the project within two months while still providing excellent workmanship. To support this accomplishment, I had to do my part also. Choose materials that were readily available, doors, windows, flooring, lighting, etc. You cannot finish a project in two months if you choose custom order materials that have a three/four-month lead time. This is to say, my expectations were realistic, and I had to enable and collaborate with Jorge so he could help me. Jorge and his people exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail was very good, if we had an issue we would discuss and resolve. Financially this was a huge project for myself and my family. There are a lot of things that can go wrong when you are moving earth, tearing out walls and building something from your imagination and a 2-D drawing. I am very glad; I chose Silver Lakes Construction/Jorge to guide me through this process."
