Hello! My name is Eric and I have worked in several different construction, farming, fencing, tree cutting/firewood for many years. In addition, I am a homeowner and do a lot if my own repairs . I am also proficient in automotive repair and maintenance and can perform most minor repairs such as belts, hoses, battery replacement, alternator replacement, brakes, tune ups, etc.

"Over a period of approximately 3 weeks, water-damaged, drop ceiling tiles, drywall/insulation and carpeting was removed from a basement bedroom following a leak in a water pipe in the ceiling. They treated the studs to remove mold and left a dehumidifier/ large fans to dry out the studs and floor. 
Installed new insulation and drywall, new ceiling tiles, then painted entire room. Carpet was re-installed in the bedroom and stairwell so carpet would match throughout.
The work performed was excellent and personnel were courteous. Besides having some issues with the personnel arriving when scheduled to arrive, we were very satisfied with the whole experience.

I have over 20 years exp.as apartment/condo maint.tech I am EPA universal certified for all HVAC work,OSHA 10 certified I am very comfortable with HVAC electrical plumbing carpentry work.I went to school for industrial maint.certified in hydraulics and pneumatics but could not do factory work after about 10 years with same company when I left I was lead mechanic on day shift.My entire adult work history has been in maint.or one form or another.
