Payment policy: We require a 50% deposit and the balance at the completion of job. We are licensed-Bonded-Insured-work comp. We are a State Certified Contractor in the State of Kansas.

"We highly recommend Joh Cotten Roofing. Excellent work, great clean-up, stuck to the estimated price even though materials had several price increases. Very professional, ethical, and gives proper explanations to the work needing to be done. I called John 11 years ago for an estimate but I unfortunately chose a local company that was cheap. Boy did I pay for it. My roof leaked and they wouldn't back their own warranty. 11 years later I called John again and he did exceptional work. Other wallet-friendly ways to remove snow include rock salt, hot water, a de-icing agent, or a leaf blower. 

Be careful when choosing a product to help you remove ice from your wood deck. Never use sand, gravel, or salt, since these items can damage and scratch the wood. Instead, look for chemical de-icers that are marked as safe for wood decks or use hot water to melt snow and ice.
