     Chuck and Eddie have been the only carpet and upholstery cleaning service we have used for over 10 years.  From the very beginning, I have appreciated their professionalism, the quality of their work and the fact that customer satisfaction is a very important part of their business.   I had tried other carpet cleaning services in the past, but after the first time dealing with Chuck, it was clear to me my return business was important to him.   He offered to return  if I was not fully satisfied and called the next day to follow-up just to make sure. I knew then he would in business for many years.    
   I not only use them for carpet cleaning but they were my first call when we had flooding in our basement after a rain storm.  They were prompt in responding to my call.  That same day they had the water removed, carpet pulled up, pad removed and industrial fans in place to dry the carpet from underneath.  The same carpet went back down with new pad and there was never residual mold or mildew.   
    Since that time Chuck and Eddie have been my first and only call for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning.   I respect and trust Chucks advice about the care of our carpets as well as his honesty and integrity as a business owner.
