He also made comments about how if we installed this window it would NOT increase the value of our home, which is something we hadn’t even brought up or asked him about. He also made some rather rude comments as well. Also, their bid for ONE window was TRIPLE our average bid from 8 other established companies and was the only one that did NOT include a window well cover!"
