Our services include the ability to supply parts for and make repairs on major brand name blinds and shades. We provide full immersion ultrasonic cleaning of blinds and shades. We have a mobile unit we can bring to your home or office to clean up to 100 blinds or shades a day.We also pick up, clean, repair, store, and re-install blinds for commercial tenant finish contractors. Individuals can drop off blinds at our plant to be cleaned, repaired, and picked up often all in the same day. If your home or office requires new blinds or shades,we sell all major brands at commercial contractor prices. We provide field measuring for guaranteed accuracy and fit of the product and professional, insured installation.

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
