"The negative: I was told that the workers would be arriving between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. and they did not. The owner had a Covid19 meeting the day of my install and I was not informed that they would be arriving at 10:45 a.m. because of this meeting. I had to call and find out where they were and why they were running late. The job was supposed to be a 1 day job, and may have been if they showed up at the normal hours, but since they showed up closer to 11 they had to rush to finish in one day. Because of the rushing, the workmanship was less. If the company would have told them that they could do the job in 2 days, I believe the work would have been done right the first time. Now for the positive: When I told the company that I was not happy with the work, as well as the communication, they were very helpful in making things right. The operations manager came to my house and stated that the work would be redone and it was. They came back and fixed things that needed fixed and I am happy that they kept their side of the bargain. This is why I will recommend them to others. They made a mistake and they fixed it. Thank you for that."

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

"When my hard drive crashed mid Feb. I used my cell phone to get on Angieâ s list. Jon at SuperTech called me 30 minutes later and picked up my Dell Inspiron that evening even though we were under a â weather advisoryâ . The temperature was a 6 Degrees daytime high & below zero at night w/several inches of snow!!! Two days later he delivered my computer (in the same nasty weather) and re-installed it with a new hard drive. He had transferred all my old information to the new HD & cleaned it up. He wore a mask the entire time due to COVID-19. His charges were customary except there were no charges for pick up and delivery. I was quickly reimbursed for the full amount from our Square Trade/Allstate Warranty. Thank you Jon!"

"John arrived as scheduled to give an estimate for the replacement of ancient, retractable stairs that provided access to our attic (via the garage).  I was really happy when he said he could actually do the work that day!  I went out to buy the replacement stair unit while John removed the old set.  And he got the installation done efficiently and solidly.    He was good to work with, and did a great clean up afterward.  YAY!
