Jon and his crew are very professional and answered all of my questions. The install was professionally done and exceeded my expectations. High marks given for knowledge, professionalism, product demonstration, product quality, feedback and follow-up. I had a computer problem that prohibited me from doing my work. I called this Pro, and he fixed my problem over the phone in about 30 minutes. When I told him my problem, he intuitively knew where to look to fix the problem. He knows his craft.

When my hard drive crashed mid Feb. I used my cell phone to get on Angieâ s list. Jon at SuperTech called me 30 minutes later and picked up my Dell Inspiron that evening even though we were under a â weather advisoryâ . The temperature was a 6 Degrees daytime high & below zero at night w/several inches of snow!!! Two days later he delivered my computer (in the same nasty weather) and re-installed it with a new hard drive. He had transferred all my old information to the new HD & cleaned it up. He wore a mask the entire time due to COVID-19. His charges were customary except there were no charges for pick up and delivery. I was quickly reimbursed for the full amount from our Square Trade/Allstate Warranty. Thank you Jon!
