I had a computer problem that prohibited me from doing my work. I called this Pro, and he fixed my problem over the phone in about 30 minutes. When I told him my problem, he intuitively knew where to look to fix the problem. He knows his craft.

When my hard drive crashed mid Feb. I used my cell phone to get on Angieâ s list. Jon at SuperTech called me 30 minutes later and picked up my Dell Inspiron that evening even though we were under a â weather advisoryâ . The temperature was a 6 Degrees daytime high & below zero at night w/several inches of snow!!! Two days later he delivered my computer (in the same nasty weather) and re-installed it with a new hard drive. He had transferred all my old information to the new HD & cleaned it up. He wore a mask the entire time due to COVID-19. His charges were customary except there were no charges for pick up and delivery. I was quickly reimbursed for the full amount from our Square Trade/Allstate Warranty. Thank you Jon!
