He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, and didn't require any money up-front (rare these days). He gave me a timeframe, which he kept to, and completed the job recently. The railing looks AMAZING, and it's nicer than I expected. The ONLY issue I had is I paid full price, and there a few nicks and burrs, which he promptly came out and "fixed" by sanding/filing down, and spray painting. I would have liked there to be NO issues, so the powder coating wouldn't be compromised. I'll have to watch those trouble spots for the paint to fade/peel.
