My company focuses on three important parts; first is the customer and making sure you are happy. Secondly is the material used, at PC Painting the materials are top of the line so that the work will last long into the future. Thirdly is honesty. When the costumer is told what they will get and how the job will be done that is what will happen. I will always make sure that the work is being done to the highest standards possible at 110%. The company employees 4 people so that work can be done cleanly and fast. There are times that depending on the size of the job that subcontractors are used, but they work beside my employees making sure they follow the same guidelines that I set. I have full liability, workers comp, and when the job requires a bond can be added. There is a mileage charge added to the bid to help pay vehicle expenses and fuel. We have free estimates within 200 miles of office out side that we charge mileage. We serve all of Kansas, Nebraska, and Eastern Colorado. We have special discounts for teachers, repeated business, and jobs we get from referrals. It’s important that my work comes to use from word of mouth. What people say about my business is important and having a positive background shows my promise to perfection, respect and honesty to the customers. I lookforward to helping you in all your coating needs.

"Our siding was blown off during the December 2021 horrible wind storm. We tried unsuccessfully to reattach around 4 pieces of siding several times. After the third time we decided to let a professional do the job. Brandon and Heritage Builders took care of our siding problem so quickly and professionally. The communication was excellent, the workmanship was skillful, and the timeliness was quick. We will definitely be using them in the future."

Cabinet Refacing and Refinishing questions, answered by experts

Use rugs in high-traffic areas, immediately clean up spills, and do regular dust mopping.

Cabinet refinishing takes an average of two to three days. The process includes setting up and removing cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware, followed by cleaning, stripping, and sanding cabinets. You or your pro will have to address issues like chips, stains, or splits before applying paint or stain. Then the final stage includes painting or staining, reassembling cabinets, and cleaning up.

Sealing a cabinet after staining is optional but recommended for best results. Wood sealer keeps out moisture, which protects against scratches, warping, chipping, discoloration, and mildew. Sealer not only preserves the appearance of wood furniture but, like staining, enhances it by accentuating the wood’s natural color and grain.

Liquid sandpaper is a solvent used to soften existing layers of paint and make them porous enough that you can effectively apply a new coat of paint. You rub the liquid sandpaper on, wait for it to work, and wipe it off—no literal sanding is involved. Liquid sandpaper can save time and is helpful if parts of the cabinet are hard to reach with standard sandpaper. However, like paint stripper, liquid sandpaper creates dangerous fumes and must be used with care indoors. And unlike sanding, it can’t fix any scratches or dings in your cabinets.

To achieve a smooth, even finish that’s free of brush strokes, spray painting is the way to go. However, it tends to use up more paint due to overspray and can have a learning curve before you perfect your technique. This isn’t to say that a brush or roller isn’t also an excellent tool, so you should test out each technique on a piece of cardboard or spare piece of wood beforehand to see which one gives you your desired look.
