We offer many services We charge $10 to $20 an hour at a minimum of 1 hr. for all services rate depends on service requested. You pay at time of service completed we can arrange other payment agreements. We offer a wide variety of services that you can pick and choose from. Or we can put together a package based on your individual wants and needs. We accept cash or check. Credit cards if we have many clients who request to be able to pay by card. We are locally and independently owned and operated.

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
