Their sales representative, Chuck, worked with the insurance adjuster to ensure that he had all of the information necessary regarding the storm and the amount of damage that the roof had suffered. In addition, he stayed up on the timing of the supplies delivered to our house prior to starting work as well as timing for the roofing crew.
