Vector came out and fix my washer that was not draining same day. He communicated clearly with me from start to finish. The price charged was very reasonable. Vector is knowledgeable and honest. He fixed a leaking water filter Samsung issue. It only required a replacement water filter with a functional o-ring seal. Two OEM (Samsung) filters which I bought through Amazon were both faulty and leaked. Samsung is an incompetent refrigerator company that should be avoided.
