"Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"I called Paul after a contractor had walked out of my remodeling job. He came right away to see what needed to be done and sent me an estimate via e-mail. Much of the work Paul and Mark and Rex  did was to correct deficiencies in the previous contractor's work. The two pendant lights had been installed without boxes, and the switches for the patio light and kitchen light didn't work. The tile around the fireplace did not line up and four pieces needed to be removed and reset. Rex did this work plus all the caulking, ceiling repair and installing the finish strips around the cabinets.
The big part of the job was the painting and Mark is the best painter I have ever had work on my house. Everyone paid close attention to details and pointed out what could and could not be fixed. They were eager to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I couldn't be happier."
