The installer explained what he was going to do and ensured he would keep everything neat during the project. He covered the carpet so not to track dirt into the house. He cleaned up nicely when he was done. I truly enjoyed the walking shower. It was better than imagined. It even added value to my house when I recently sold it! It was also very easy to clean. "The salesman who came to my house was very nice and extremely knowledgeable.  Since I had looked at other products and did my research on different  types of windows I did not need the full sales pitch on the windows they carry.  The salesman was understanding and did not try to give me the full sales pitch anyway.  He answered all my questions and left me materials.  He did not try to hard sell me.  
I was surprised that MAE was not the most expensive bid I have received.  I was also impressed with their product.
