The pipes in the wall were all rusted and leaking and they replaced all of that so it is new and safe now. Super quick and now I can get on with the rest of the renovation. "The salesman who came to my house was very nice and extremely knowledgeable.  Since I had looked at other products and did my research on different  types of windows I did not need the full sales pitch on the windows they carry.  The salesman was understanding and did not try to give me the full sales pitch anyway.  He answered all my questions and left me materials.  He did not try to hard sell me.  
I was surprised that MAE was not the most expensive bid I have received.  I was also impressed with their product.
